This policy explains how Pandoku, the free Sudoku game for iOS and Android made by the Kurotomo team, handles your information. The short version: Pandoku does not collect any personal data.
Pandoku is published by Kurotomo, a StoicWare product (stoicware.com), based in New Brunswick, Canada. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to StoicWare.
You can contact us at support@kurotomo.com.
Pandoku does not collect personal data, and so it does not sell or share any. Specifically, Pandoku has:
Your game progress, your statistics and your settings (such as theme and language) are stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.
This data is deleted when you uninstall the app. You can also reset your statistics and your settings at any time from inside the app.
Pandoku can download updates to its code and content over the air, through Expo's EAS Update service, so fixes reach you without waiting for a new store release. These downloads contain no personal data about you.
To deliver an update, the update server receives the standard technical information that comes with any internet request, such as your IP address, your device's platform and the app version. It is used only to deliver the right update; we do not use it to identify you or to track you.
Links inside the app (to kurotomo.com) open in your device's browser. Once you are on the website, its own privacy policy applies: https://kurotomo.com/en/privacy.
Pandoku is not directed to children under 13. It does not collect data from anyone, including children.
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Everything Pandoku keeps is on your device and under your control: reset it from the app or uninstall the app to erase it.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the "last updated" date at the top.
